ACCE Announces the University of Calabar as Host of 17th National Conference

The African Council for Communication Education (ACCE, Nigeria Chapter) has announced the Department of Linguistics and Communication Studies, University of Calabar, as the host for the 17th national Conference/AGM tagged UNICAL 2015. The announcement followed a press release by the National Coordinating Coordinating Secretary of the Council, Dr. Nnamdi T. Ekeanyanwu, on behalf of the Council.

The National Conference will hold from October 20 to 23, 2015. The call for papers is available on this site.

ACCE National Coordinating Secretary, Dr. Nnamdi Ekeanyanwu, becomes Associate Professor

The National Coordinating Secretary of the African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Dr. Nnamdi Tobechukwu Ekeanyanwu, has been appointed Associate Professor of International and Organizational Communication by the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria.
In a press statement issued by the National Coordinator of ACCE, Professor Danjuma Gambo, he noted that the Council has been following with keen interest the steady rise of Dr. Ekeanyanwu, a SUSI and CIMARC Scholar of distinction, whose hardwork, discipline, and personal sacrifice have contributed significantly to the growth and stability of ACCE family in Nigeria.
